Decker & Hayes is a radio serial about a pair of private detectives,
Stella Decker &
Macy Hayes, who are also lovers. They live in Parlortown, a city that's
fallen
upon hard times and has tumbled into poverty and crime.
In Spring of 2005, I came up with the idea for this serial and began it,
but then we wrote the series round-robin style, a different writer per
week. It was thrilling writing a mystery where no one really knew the outcome
until
the last episode was written. It went over so well that we returned for
a second series. The series wraps up with its third series, completing
the tale of the two crime-fighting lovers.
The audio recordings of the series can
be found here. |
